I know, I know, it can be hard to admit that you are actually considering therapy. In a lot of ways you may feel like it's a sign that you aren't handling things well or that you have "failed". Allow me to say that that is absolutely not the case! In most cases, counselling is seen as a last resort, the thing you run to when all else has failed. But what if we thought about it as the thing helping you keep going?
Just like a car needs maintenance from time to time, you need a safe space where you can explore the highs, lows and everything in between that life throws at you. That is where I come in. From tackling various discussions around family, relationships, anxiety, and depression, we can work together to make sure that you are living life as your best self daily.
